In 2002, Thomas Patrick Clancy founded Darknight Productions to provide, writers, actors and directors with an environment in which to explore bold, provocative issues and themes.  The company has developed a symbiotic relationship with theaters (Roy Arias, The Producers Club, Shetler Studios and The Cephas Center for the Arts) and other companies in New York and New Jersey (Center Stage Community Playhouse, Runaway Theater Company, Red Monkey Theater Group, Hackensack Theatre Company, and City Island Theater Group), enabling us to present powerful original works in short runs. 

 

Over the past 13 seasons, Darknight has showcased the talents of over 120 artists with staged readings and full productions, over 75 original one-act and full-length plays as well as intriguing revivals, musical showcases and fundraisers for charities including Wounded Warriors and BOLD (Bronx Oncology Living Daily.)
